Data Collection
Lights Out does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, usage data, analytics, diagnostics, or any other information about you or your device.
Network Access
Lights Out does not connect to the internet. It makes no network requests of any kind.
Local Storage
The app saves your preferences (such as your chosen timer duration, selected mode, and display settings) locally on your Mac using the standard macOS UserDefaults system. This data never leaves your device.
Third-Party Services
Lights Out does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising frameworks, or crash reporting tools.
System Permissions
Lights Out requests permission to send notifications (optional). This is used solely to deliver the in-app 5-minute warning before your Mac sleeps. Notification permission is never used for any other purpose.
